Mount Gilead Dominates 3200 Meters
at the 2010 Central District Indoor Races

Girls:

MGHS Girls Track placed 9th out of 24 teams at the Central District indoor with 25 points.

Mikaela Bush captured the Central District indoor 3200 meter crown with a time of 12:37.01 to give MGHS 10 team points while teammate McKenzie Lyle took third with a time of 13:19.46 for another 6 team points.

Raychel Gress took 3rd in the 1600 meters and added 6 team points for MGHS. 

Shelby Rizor placed 6th in the pole vault at 7' 6" for 3 team points. 

Beth Kieran placed 14th in the high jump and 16th in the 60 meter dash.

Boys:

In the Boy's event, MGHS placed 15th out of 20 teams with 17 points. 

Jake Hayes won the 3200 meter race in a time of 10:28.55 to earn 10 team points and Camden West finished 9th in the same event. 

MGHS Boys took 5th in the 4x400 Relay at 3:45.08 and added 4 more team points. 

Branson and Camden West took 7th and 8th place in the Pole Vault, both at 9.0 feet for 3 team points.
